Originally I went there to get nostril reduction, but they said it wasn’t enough to warrant reduction and that the columella was a little droopy, so they recommended nose-tip cartilage suturing. I agreed with that too, so I only had nose-tip cartilage suturing and hump osteotomy. Since it’s a nose with nothing added, it isn’t dramatic, but I’m fairly satisfied and a little disappointed. (The manager was very kind, and the director was also fairly kind. I had two consultations, one at the first visit and one right before surgery. That’s because I asked again whether nostril reduction really wasn’t necessary. I really wanted it. But they stopped me from doing it, and I think that was the stroke of genius.) As an aside, if you’re planning to shave down a hump nose, think carefully about whether you’ll only shave it down or shave it down and add no-implant augmentation. It’s best to finish everything at once~ I did it and still felt disappointed, so I’m planning a revision surgery.
