I came back after my first nose surgery consultation. First of all, they pinpointed the weaknesses of my nose really well!! My nose is very low, so they recommended costal cartilage, and if I use autologous costal cartilage the cost won’t be cheap, so I’m debating it... Still, after looking at the review photos of people who had surgery with the director, the nose line was exactly what I wanted, so I was drawn in, and since they said they only do noses and don’t do other cosmetic procedures, I felt a bit more reassured!!
