They tend to do things naturally, so at first it seems better to set it to reduce quite a lot. As swelling goes down and time passes, it gradually spreads out. Of course, compared with the beginning, the shape and width definitely improve. It becomes much more natural and improves a little, but it is really prettiest right after the first procedure, and to get it to stay that way, you probably need to plan for it spreading a bit over time and set it more generously. If I do it again, I think I would still do it here.
