I had a revision surgery about 6 years ago. The clinic had one doctor, and at the time they made custom silicone, so it seemed professional and I had the surgery. They used septal cartilage, Medpor, ear cartilage, and silicone. For just one year the bridge was nice and high, but after that the nasal tip sagged and the septum curved, which was insanely stressful... I'm so annoyed at myself for choosing that place. Now I'm looking into a third surgery for a second revision.
