My nostrils were originally big and kind of like an ape nose, but after nostril reduction here I got pretty nostrils. But the shape right after surgery was the prettiest. As time went on, swelling went down and it became softer, so compared to right after surgery it got a little bigger. I guess that’s why people say if you like how it looks right after surgery, you may feel disappointed later. But I don’t think I need a revision! I’m satisfied enough to live with it. I guess nostril reduction scars can’t be helped. They’re not very noticeable, but when I look at my face without makeup, I do notice them a little…!
