First of all, 4 years ago, I had surgery without an implant (using ear cartilage and septal cartilage) at a place famous for male noses (it’s just the place that comes up the most if you search for male nose surgery) They said they would do osteotomy, but I don’t really know if it had any effect I had surgery 9 years ago with non-dissolving filler, and the hospital where I had surgery said they would scrape it out, but it seems like it’s still there My nose is still too big and bulbous, so I’d been wanting to make it a bit slimmer This time, while going around to clinics because I was planning to get a hair transplant, I thought I might as well get consultations for revision nose surgery too, so I’m going around for consultations First, I went to ㅂㄴㄴ, which a friend recommended after having surgery there They checked my CT, and said the condition inside my nose was worse than expected, so I’m really troubled They said it seems like the inside of my nose is the worst among the CTs they’ve seen so far (the sinusitis is severe too, and they said something is completely blocking the inside of my nose.....) And they said non-dissolving filler is originally hard to remove completely My first-surgery hospital never said anything like this......... So they said I need to have sinusitis surgery first, and if I’m going to have nose surgery, it would only be possible 1-2 months afterward Also, they said my nasal bridge is already thick, so it would be hard to make it dramatically slimmer If I do it, I think it would be with donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage... I was originally planning to get a hair transplant too, so in this kind of case, what should I do first? Since they said my CT condition is bad, I’m really distressed I’m kind of having a mental breakdown right now Should I do the revision nose surgery before the hair transplant? The sinusitis surgery should be first for now, right? But since they honestly told me it wouldn’t be very dramatic, I don’t even know if getting revision surgery is the right thing to do...
