Breast Surgery Reviews

I’m a trainer, and after surgery I became a walking breast surgery ambassador at the gym lol

My upper body looked weak compared with my sturdy lower body, and dieting made it look even smaller, so I decided I should get breast augmentation. Because I had only a short rest period after surgery, I was searching for a hospital known for painless recovery and decided on GR Plastic Surgery, which I found during my search. First, the waiting time was quite long, but since it was famous, I accepted it and went. During the consultation with the consultant, rather than just recommending a large size no matter what, she explained things according to my body size, and because she consulted with me based on her own surgery experience, I felt I could really trust her. During the consultation with the director, he explained the size difference between both sides, the difference when using high-profile implants, and the difference from standard implants in detail, and quickly resolved my concerns. First, to briefly share my specs, I’m 162 cm tall and weigh 51 kg, my breast base width is 11.7, and before surgery my breasts were 65A... For implants, I got Mentor Xtra 295 cc and 270 cc. Because I needed a fast recovery, I had an inframammary incision. Maybe thanks to the pain-control injection, on days 1-2 after surgery, I only had the level of discomfort you would naturally expect after surgery. From day 3, I was able to take light walks outside. Until one week after surgery, because of swelling care, I slept sitting slightly reclined, and other than my arms feeling a little stiff when I moved them, there wasn’t anything especially uncomfortable. From week 2, I had zero pain during normal movement. If I used a little strength, it felt a bit stiff? After that, I was fine even when using strength. The thing that bothered me a little was that, maybe because they made an incision inside, the bruising and swelling gradually moved down to my lower abdomen? When the area rubbed against something, it felt a little bruised? but it was tolerable. It’s been one month now, and definitely after surgery, even when I dress lightly, the volume is still there... These days I’m personally experiencing why breast augmentation has the highest satisfaction rate... I’m a trainer, and I’ve become a walking breast surgery ambassador, so members in their 40s and 50s all ask me where I got it done.. haha
