Over time, the step-off is gradually disappearing. Not 100%, but maybe 80-90? In that case, would the clinic say they won’t do AS? If the step-off is barely noticeable cosmetically, is it better to get revision surgery, or better to just live with it? I don’t want to go through the hardship of opening up my nose again, but I’m worried because if a step-off suddenly appears later, 2-3 years from now when AS is no longer possible, that would also be a big problem.
