I decided to use autologous costal cartilage for my nasal tip, but is it okay to use only autologous costal cartilage without anything else? Some places say that if you use costal cartilage, it can show through, so they always use ear cartilage together! My nose is a bulbous nose and my skin isn’t that thin Is there anyone who used only costal cartilage for the nasal tip????

하규하귱 I used only autologous costal cartilage for my nasal tip. But in my case, my nasal tip was raised only very slightly and really naturally, and at ㅈㅇ they said my septal cartilage was insufficient, so they suggested using costal cartilage, which is why I used it. My skin thickness is average
