My nose was blunt, so I had revision surgery a month and a half ago, but there is no change.. (I had it done at the hospital where the Chinese fake Song Hye-kyo had surgery.) Before surgery, I told the doctor that I just wanted my nose to look slimmer from the front, and the doctor promised to make my nose look slimmer from the front the way I wanted. I thought my nasal width was on the wide side, so I asked whether osteotomy was needed, and they said it wasn't necessary. They said it was because my nose was low, and if it was raised with silicone, the nose would look relatively slimmer. But what is this, It's almost week 8 and the swelling is almost all gone, but my nose is as blunt as before. The clinic keeps insisting that it's because the nasal tip and glabella swelling hasn't gone down, but honestly, as someone who has had a nose surgery before, you know the shape is all visible after a month. The bridge swelling has definitely all gone down, but it is broad just like before. It's like the nose shape is exactly the same and they only changed the implant material. When consulting before surgery, the consultant was all sweet talk, saying my face was already so tiny and my original features were pretty, so if I just did my nose I would be really pretty. Now she says my nose was originally so broad and low that this is the best possible result, and blames my ugly features. Then she tells me to give up greed and fantasies and be satisfied with the current state. Seriously.. If they thought it was a nose they couldn't operate on successfully, why did they encourage me so much to get surgery... After doing it, their attitude is basically, "You're ugly, so nothing could be done^^"... I'm really speechless. So I said that if it was that broad, they should have done an osteotomy, and why didn't they do it? Then she said osteotomy is only done for people whose noses are high but broad, and that I was broad but so low that osteotomy was impossible or something? Anyway, she was saying this kind of nonsense. Then she delivered the peak of nonsense, saying nose swelling lasts 1 year and telling me to come back after 1 year.... Anyway, even putting aside what the consultant said, I had surgery because of how my nose looked from the front. In a case like this, where the frontal appearance has not changed, is a refund possible? ps: When taking photos after surgery, they were supposed to use the flash, but suddenly they said the camera flash wasn't working and struggled with it for thirty minutes. Then in the end they sat me right under a fluorescent light and took photos with the flash. For the side-view photos of my nose too, they changed the angle drastically and seemed to take about a hundred photos to choose the one where it looked highest. Then when they were making the before-and-after materials, I tried to watch from the side, but they said they'd show me later and chased me out......... Then when I went to the consultant's room and looked, the angles of the before-surgery and after-surgery photos were different. The before-surgery photo was taken almost from near the ear so the nose looked low, and the after-surgery photo was taken right beside the nose at the angle where it looked highest, and they shoved it at me to compare... Also, for the front photo, they showed me one taken under a full blast of fluorescent light so there was a single line of light drawn on the nose, while the before-surgery photo was dark, and they insisted it had changed from the front too. But on the nose I see in the mirror, there is no line like that one line of light on the nose in the photo.... Anyway, the consultant compared my request to make a low nose look slim to someone insisting that Okdongja be made into Kim Tae-hee, and treated me like a crazy woman throwing a fit because I wasn't made pretty without considering my original features..... I'm dumbfounded.. Anyway, money is money, but I hate the clinic and I was hurt, so I really want to get a refund... In a case like this, is a refund possible?
