I went for a second consultation for rhinoplasty

I was torn between two clinics, and someone suggested that I try booking a second consultation at ㅊㅇ(ㅊㄴㅈ), where I had already put down a deposit, so I went. My appointment was at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, you know? But even after waiting for an hour and a half, the doctor still didn’t show up. Honestly, I was angry and wondered what on earth this was, so I just said I wouldn’t have the consultation and left.  The consultant in charge at the front just kept saying things like, “Oh no, I’m so sorry, what should we do,” and the desk did say they would call the doctor over soon, but I’m from out of town, so I said I had to leave because it was almost time for my bus. Even if there was surgery from the previous time slot, still, then they shouldn’t have booked me for 4 p.m. I went because they told me to come at 4. Sigh. I didn’t even want to get angry, so I just calmly said there wasn’t much time left before my bus and that I was leaving. Then I saw the director’s face peek out from over there, and without saying much of anything to someone who had waited an hour and a half, once it seemed like I wasn’t going to have the consultation, he just ignored me and left. Honestly, at that moment, any desire I had to do it there disappeared completely.. Of course, delays can happen and all that. But 1 hour and 30 minutes is a bit much, isn’t it? The next day, I said I wanted my deposit taken off, and I genuinely didn’t get angry and spoke calmly. But after waiting an hour and a half, the clinic’s handling of it really felt wrong, so about 30 minutes later I called again and calmly said, “I don’t think this kind of situation is really okay.. I just wanted you to know.” The desk staff member who answered said she was off that day, so she didn’t really know the situation, and that she would tell the consultant shortly and have them contact me again, but there was no contact until evening lol. I came to Seoul on a weekday just for this consultation, taking time off work, and it was an 8-hour round trip because of this consultation I was tempted by them saying it would be possible without an implant and even without using ear cartilage, so I was going to get a second consultation here, but I sincerely hope everyone else doesn’t get surgery here.. Apart from the surgery itself, if a revision surgery or some kind of problem came up and their response was this inadequate, just thinking about it is terrifying.. Even though some people in this community said the aftercare here wasn’t great, I had put it as my first choice and even paid a deposit because people said it was a natural-looking place. Looking back now, I’m really glad I took back the ㅊㅇ deposit and chose the other clinic I had been considering between the two. Honestly, aside from this incident, I had made a same-day reservation here, but they didn’t separately tell me over KakaoTalk what kind of surgery they would do, and after I made the reservation it somehow felt like they didn’t really care much? But the clinic I decided to have surgery at now gave me a list, asked whether I was taking any medications and whether I had allergy symptoms, and explained in detail what kind of surgery they would do. In a way, maybe it’s a good thing this happened because it made me decide not to have surgery here
