My nose has a slight hump and it's low as it is now too, so they said we should shave down the hump, build up the nasal bridge sharply with silicone, and use donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip. When I asked what about alar reduction, they said I don't need it, that since the nose will be raised a lot there will be a narrowing effect, so it's okay. They said they'll correct the fleshy nose during surgery
