The consultant wasn’t great and didn’t explain things properly. She only answered what I asked, and it felt like, so what am I supposed to do...? When the director came in to explain, she stood next to them, and after the director left, she repeated the same things. The doctor was kind, but I don’t think the explanation even lasted 4 minutes? If you don’t ask questions, they don’t explain.
