I ended up having surgery at the clinic I gave a 5.0 to.. At some places the director was good but the consultant was lacking, and at others it was the opposite. There were also places where both were good but I didn't like the line.. I ended up choosing the clinic I went to exactly one week before my scheduled surgery date. First of all, the consultant spoke so gently and made me feel comfortable, and she seemed highly professional, so I trusted her. The director also recommended only the surgeries I needed, and the consultation was really detailed. Since it was a surgery I was doing again anyway, part of me wanted something more glamorous, even though that's not the look I usually go for, but in the end I guess I ended up choosing someone who knows a style that suits my face.
