I visited after looking into it because I wanted to correct my lip asymmetry. Even though I had made a reservation, the wait time was long, about 1 hour. After waiting, I had a consultation with the manager and then went straight into the procedure. The manager looked a bit distracted, maybe because she was busy. I had the procedure after cream anesthesia, and people around me said it tends to hurt, so I was nervous, but the pain was less than I expected. The director was very kind and performed the procedure meticulously. My lip asymmetry was corrected to some extent, so I am satisfied.
