After rhinoplasty.. piggy nose.. please help me.. it’s serious..

It’s day 9 after rhinoplasty. If you look at the photos, from the front about half of my nostrils show, so it looks like a piggy nose.. and from the side, my nasal bridge really looks like it’s piercing the sky. My original nose was a bulbous nose with quite a bit of flesh, my nasal bridge was high, and I had a slight hump that wasn’t very noticeable. And it had a very slight upturned-nose feel too. For the surgery, on the nasal bridge I only had the hump shaved slightly, and because I absolutely did not want it made higher, they put in 1 mm of silicone. For the nasal tip, the director looked at it and said it wasn’t to the extent that correction for an upturned nose or short nose was needed, so instead of an open approach, they would do a closed approach, and when using septal cartilage for the nasal tip, they said they’d do something or other.. And they also told me to do nostril/alar base excision, but I said I wouldn’t do my nostril wings.. I have to go to work right away on Monday.. How am I supposed to go around with a piggy nose like that.. The surgeon in charge is too busy with surgeries to even see me.. The consultant says it’s all because of swelling and it will come down, and that because they even touched the bone above, it looks more upturned than other people’s.. So when I got a bit angry.. they kept saying to just endure it for 2 weeks, and then if it re~~~ally doesn’t work, they said revision surgery is possible within a month while it’s still swollen.. What should I do, everyone? The nasal bridge where the silicone was inserted is throbbing now, it still feels tight, and it hurts so much Would it be better to ask for a revision and get it corrected.. Right now the nasal bridge, nostril wings, and nasal tip are all very swollen, but it should go down somewhat later, right.. But since I didn’t have correction surgery for an upturned nose, I feel like the lifted nose won’t come down, and I want to die.. For reference, the plastic surgery clinic is a really famous one, a place overflowing with people..
