The surgery was delayed by more than 3 hours, but I was left waiting without any explanation about why it was delayed. They said the doctor would take care of me from beginning to end, but a nurse removed the stitches, and even that wasn’t done completely, so I had it handled at another hospital. Insufficient guidance on precautions before and after surgery and on care methods. Unwanted materials were used. I’m uncomfortable due to loss of smell after functional rhinoplasty. Aftercare is a mess. Communication is a mess. I regret having surgery here. ---It’s now almost 4 weeks after surgery, and my sense of smell still hasn’t come back. I’m seriously going crazy..
