A refreshing, decisive, and unusual director. They pointed out exactly the areas I wanted to improve and gave a kind, long consultation!! I had heard they tend to recommend donated costal cartilage a lot, but after touching my nose, they said, every now and then there are noses with this kind of uneasy feeling.. My gut says donated costal cartilage won't work, I recommend autologous costal cartilage, so I burst out laughing during the consultation lol ㅠㅠ I think that kind of intuitive sense is important in plastic surgery, and that part felt pretty trustworthy. Since our aesthetic sense is a little different, I think I'll consider the surgery a bit more, but the director was nice and I think it was good. If our aesthetic preferences had matched, I think I would have done it here.
