Um.. first of all, the hospital really does feel like a factory-style clinic, and I had a consultation with Director ㅅㅂㅅ. They pulled up photos of other patients and explained how a case like mine should be operated on. It was easy to understand. But in between, they briefly looked at their phone for a few seconds (because a notification rang). The explanation itself was fine, but I wasn’t drawn to it, so I didn’t have surgery here.
