I had a hump, so they shaved it down, did osteotomy, and raised the nasal tip with septal cartilage. I had surgery without implant-type materials, and it was originally a hospital I found because I absolutely wanted it to look natural, but it really is so natural that people around me don't know. I should have gone a bit higher, but my complex has been completely improved, so I'm satisfied.
