I was worried about side effects, so I didn’t use silicone. I had surgery with methyl bond (bone cement) at B in Sinsa-dong on February 2. The surgery, including under-eye fat removal, seemed to take a little over an hour. After one or two hours in the recovery room, I did some cold compresses and went home. Right after surgery, there was almost no swelling. But after sleeping one night and waking up, I gradually started looking like an Avatar. - - Around the second and third days, I had slight bruising around my eyes. The swelling seems to have started going down little by little from yesterday (day 4). Now, I think only the swelling around my eyes and cheekbones remains a little. I feel a slight foreign-body sensation, but it isn’t that uncomfortable. The stitched area on my head sometimes stings a bit. My forehead was originally so unattractive and narrow that I didn’t have high expectations going into the surgery, so maybe that’s why I’m very satisfied.^^. Also, the director and nurses at the hospital where I had surgery were all kind, so I think I was able to finish the surgery even more comfortably. Now that I have a forehead I didn’t have before, I keep wanting to wear my hair all pulled back.^^; lol And I’ll upload the under-eye fat removal photos after the swelling has completely gone down. In the first photo, the left side is before surgery. The right side is after surgery. (Day 5) I took it today and am uploading it right away. The photo below is from day 4. Before surgery, I always wore my bangs down, so I didn’t have many photos with my forehead showing. (I decided to have surgery and started growing out my bangs last September.) It’s a photo from about 5-6 years ago, but I’m uploading it for reference. I hope it helps.
