I was really stressed because of my hump nose, so I visited for a nose surgery consultation I had a consultation with the manager, and then with the director I got the impression that the director was very easy to communicate with Should I say they seemed to really understand the image I wanted and the direction I was aiming for Since I have a hump nose, I was curious about osteotomy, and whether my nose needed osteotomy or not They explained each detail carefully, including which materials would suit me best, so it was easy to understand And I also felt they looked at the overall harmony of my features from a broader perspective It felt like they weren’t just making the nose sharp, but cared about how it would suit the face? My opinions were reflected well, and overall I felt the director actively communicates with patients
