The doctor definitely seemed to have their own preferred aesthetic. Their direction was clear, but if you place it on a flashy-to-natural spectrum, it felt absolutely natural... I waited nearly 40 minutes, and while looking at the clinic's review photo chart, there were quite a few reviews that made me think, why even bother getting a nose job if it's going to be like this? They seem to operate safely and naturally, but if you're going to pay 4 million and take on side effects that you may have to worry about for the rest of your life, like contracture/inflammation/crooked nose and so on, I think there still needs to be a clear improvement from the front and side views. The design felt like the return didn't match the investment.. They clearly said no to things that couldn't be done, and there were pros and cons, but the design and preferred aesthetic felt more corrective than cosmetic. It seemed good for revision surgery, but if I did my primary surgery at this clinic, I thought I'd probably be dissatisfied with the height..
