If you just look at the nose, it's fine, but compared to my face, my nose became too big. It used to be a small nose, but now it feels a bit bulbous..? There are no visible scars, and the surgery itself seems to have gone well. A nose like this would suit a face that matches it, but I'm planning a revision. Because they used septal cartilage, the tip of my nose is extremely stiff and I can't do a pig nose at all.
