You had to make a phone reservation to book, and it was a busy clinic where there was a wait but no way to just walk in. I felt that the fact they were so busy was evidence that they were famous and good, and I also liked the process of consulting with the director first and then the manager. Overall, it was a friendly and satisfying consultation.
