I went in for wide nose correction, and unlike other places, they didn't recommend shaving down the dorsal hump. Instead, they recommended raising from the starting point of the hump all the way to the nasal tip with cartilage. That's exactly the method I want, but the price is much higher than other places, so I'm torn. Both the director and the consultation manager were transparent and professional, and it's the clinic I most want to go with.
