First of all.. the hospital was really big?? The waiting room was a bit chaotic, maybe because there were so many people. The consultation manager and the staff were not especially kind. Then again, I would not say they were bad either, but the manager was quite thorough. But the pressure to pay a deposit was very strong.. It was the first time I had been to a hospital with such strong pressure. Still, the director had a good personality and was kind. I really liked the reviews here,, but whether I will actually have surgery... I think I need to think about it more T_T
