I looked at apps like Babitalk and Gangnam Unni, and many of the reviews here had the eye shape I wanted, so I went for a consultation. But even though I had sent photos of my eyes in advance as a cosmetic surgery model before going in, they said to me, “Hmm, your eyes are harder than expected?” and said they would do non-incisional surgery. After consultations at several places, the conclusion for my eyes was definitely incisional surgery. No places said they would do non-incisional surgery for issues like multiple creases. They also said fat grafting above the eyes was essential. But non-incisional? I think they said they would do non-incisional because I was doing it as a surgery model and they were looking at it short-term. If it’s done non-incisionally, I don’t know when I’d have to get revision surgery again because of multiple creases. Of course there would be less swelling and it would look pretty at first. If they had really considered my eyes and looked at it long-term, I don’t think non-incisional surgery was the right option.
