I went for a consultation for a nose surgery using autologous costal cartilage because I wanted to finish my first surgery well in one go without needing revision. I don’t have an upturned nose, but my nose is short compared with my forehead and chin tip, and they caught that and said the proportions need to be balanced. They said autologous costal cartilage isn’t mandatory for my nose, so I should also consider donated costal cartilage.. I’m sure each has pros and cons, and there’s also a cost difference, so I’m 고민ing.
