I went for a cosmetic nose consultation, not functional rhinoplasty. I went late in the afternoon, so the director looked a little tired, but he still put a fair amount of care into the consultation. He showed me the expected changes on an iPad, but it was a bit ambiguous. I was recommended a non-implant approach with septal cartilage + ear cartilage. There was nothing particularly bad, but I also don’t know if I felt strongly drawn to it. It seems worth visiting for people who are also considering functional rhinoplasty.
