The director seemed confident and clearly told me what was possible and what wasn’t. (For example, I wanted nasal osteotomy, but he cut it off saying it wouldn’t be effective.) However, I had said from the start that I didn’t want to use silicone at all, but during the consultation he said it seemed like silicone would be used, so I felt a bit less sure. To put it positively, it was like, “Trust me and leave it to me!” but I did wonder whether my opinions weren’t being reflected. But I’m not sure about people saying the director is unfriendly.. He explained things well. Also, the consultants were very kind, which was nice. The price was too high for a first surgery, so I don’t think I’ll do it here.
