I went for a consultation because I suspected uneven eyes + overcorrection from ptosis correction.. Once I actually went, they answered my questions sincerely and were honest. They are chic, but I also have a blunt personality, so it was fine. They caught that my pupil sizes and eyelid lines were different. Since quite a lot of time has passed after surgery, the only way to release the overcorrection is recession, but they said it’s impossible to know whether the functional symptom of the eye being pulled due to overcorrection would improve or worsen with recession.. And they seem to make the patient decide the surgical choice. For functional issues, there was no part where they gave a surgical order. It felt like there are two methods, A or B, that could be tried, but it’s impossible to know for sure whether it will improve. I’m worried a lot because recession seems difficult, but I think the diagnosis made here is probably right..
