I had a CT scan and a consultation with the director. I had a lot I wanted to ask, but I do not know if he disliked my questions or was frustrated, because the consultation was half irritation + half explanation. When looking at the CT, if I asked, “Is that ㅇㅇ?” I expected a yes or no answer, but he sighed and told me not to look at the tree, but to look at the forest. That was not what I wanted an explanation about. Couldn’t he at least say it is this or it is that? And he said he gets the same questions every day and gives the same answers, so it is tiring, and that the problem is there is too much information on the internet... I mean, even for the same surgery, every hospital says different things and uses different surgical methods, so of course consumers look things up and want to hear how this hospital does it before deciding on surgery. But he acted like he could not understand that, so it felt like communication was completely impossible. It felt like we could not talk to each other, and I felt bad, so I do not plan to do it here. The explanation itself was good, the hospital was clean, and there was no pressure to book, so that was good.
