I had nasal counter-rotation surgery with a columellar strut, but I feel like my nose line looks obviously surgically enhanced, so I’m thinking of revising only the nasal tip. I’ll use ear cartilage. Is there a hospital that is really good at making it look very natural??

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
