(the common way) They shaved down the hump and only supported the nasal tip to some extent (they told me not to say the bridge was raised) At first, it was pretty in its own way, like in the photos, but you can see it in the photos too, right? The nasal tip wasn't actually that high compared to what I expected. Anyway, should I say it looked too much like a man's nose.. As the nasal tip gradually dropped and got absorbed, it became completely low For the revision surgery, I used donated costal cartilage + preserved and used what was inside the nose For reference, in both surgeries, I only had the nasal tip touched! Not the nasal bridge I really couldn't do autologous costal cartilage no matter whatㅠㅠ Still, since it's costal cartilage, it should absorb less than ear cartilage, right?ㅜㅜ I really hope it doesn't go downㅠㅠ This is how it looks now!! After removing the nasal packing, I could taste things well again and it was livable. I wonder if the line is too natural..? But when I compare it with old photos, I can also see that the nasal tip is definitely different The nostrils are also symmetrical, pretty, and neatly refined How does it look to everyone?
