It probably depends on the materials and your current nose condition, but if they use autologous costal cartilage, I’ve seen people around me pay up to 5.5 million won for a first surgery...!

The price seems a bit high I think it’d be okay to look around more too

I also went to a fairly famous place a while ago, and they said cosmetic surgery would be 7 million won. But they said if I do a review event, it becomes 3.8 million won (wing?)
