The counseling manager doing a face evaluation was absurd If I were hearing it from a professional doctor, I wouldn’t care at all And when I asked the counseling manager about something she didn’t know, she answered as if she was getting irritated; Also, I said I didn’t have any discomfort with breathing or rhinitis, but she kept saying things like deviated septum this and that and told me to claim private insurance. It just felt like a type of marketing telling me to get surgery because there are advantages to using insurance, so I didn’t like it And the doctor also took a phone call during the consultation, and maybe something urgent came up, but he sent me out before I was done saying everything. Seriously felt like a waste of money..
