The measurement I took at week 3 showed the size had gone down from 50 to 45. I kept watching it from before surgery onward. After liposuction, I didn't have much time, so I couldn't exercise separately. At most, I walked around department stores, or when going to work, I walked 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back after work. Or on weekends, I tried to walk as much as possible. Ah, and I'm leaving this in case anyone is curious. When can you drink alcohol? They told me to drink from one month later.. But on the day I reached week 2, an occasion came up where I absolutely had to drink.. Still, that day I got permission from the director and drank exactly! one glass of wine, and there were no problems. And,... um... Ah! When I stand up after sitting for a long time, there is some stiffness. Also, when getting a massage, should I say it feels more refreshing if I do it while wearing the compression garment? Oh, and they said when washing the compression garment, you should use something like conditioner or shampoo. Last time I just washed it normally, and when I went to have it taken in I got scolded. They said you should hand-wash it by rubbing it gently with something like shampoo. Taking in the compression garment really doesn't take long about 3 minutes? to 5 minutes? And they say swelling can go down differently on the right and left sides. That happened to me
