A long time ago, around 2010, I had surgery for a deviated septum at Isu Yonsei ENT Clinic. I also had some rhinitis and sinusitis, and they were so severe that it seemed like my nose was becoming slightly deformed, so I had surgery. Before surgery, there was an option to get a slight cosmetic effect or not, and I chose the latter. In conclusion, after the surgery the pain was also extremely severe, and within a few months the deviated septum recurred...... If only I had at least gotten some cosmetic effect, maybe it would have been different. Still, the effect wasn't completely 0%, so breathing through the right side is a little easier than before, but the left nostril, especially now, has become extremely crooked again and is almost the same as before surgery.
