He looked very busy, and even though I had an appointment, there was a 40-minute wait. The consultation was over in 5 minutes, and he said fat repositioning is something that makes the under-eye area go inward. He said it does not improve pigmentation at all, and that he tends to do fat grafting 100% of the time. After the doctor consultation, I had a consultation with the consultant, but they said that unless I was doing it because the under-eye area was bulging, there was no point. Overall, the atmosphere was chaotic.
