I had revision rhinoplasty at Top Tier Plastic Surgery. I looked around through several apps and communities for places with good reviews, and that is how I chose the hospital. I wanted to change only my drooping nasal tip from septal cartilage to donated costal cartilage, without an implant on the nasal bridge, and the director also said that there was no need to raise it excessively and that doing just the tip would be enough, so I proceeded with the surgery. At other hospitals, they suggested shaving down the nasal bridge more or recommended an implant, so I did not want to do that. After surgery, just as Director Cho Yong-jin said, it looked too high and upturned for a while, but now that I am at 3 months, it finally seems like all the swelling has gone down. Maybe because I only did the nasal tip, only the tip area was slightly swollen, so I endured it and waited 3 months, and it really seems like time is the best medicine. Even though it is costal cartilage, it feels similar to the firmness of septal cartilage, so it does not feel very unfamiliar, and I like the shape too. Thinking that it will become slightly more natural going forward makes me feel like I will be even more satisfied!!
