The nasal bridge is silicone, and the nasal tip is septal cartilage and ear cartilage. Fat grafting to the forehead (the clinic also gave me Botox between the eyebrows) It’s been over 8 months since the surgery, but this is my first time posting photos here. The photo at the very top is before surgery. All the ones below that are photos from after more than 6 months. My face overall had really little dimension, so I thought it would look awkward if I only raised my nose, so I got forehead fat grafting at the same time. The director gave me Botox in the glabellar muscle area. They said if there’s a lot of movement in this area, the fat grafted into the forehead can be absorbed more easily, so it was to prevent that haha Before fat grafting, there was a slightly sunken area on my forehead, and that’s gone now. I especially like how naturally the nasal bridge connects to the forehead. It’s so much better than before that when I look at my pre-surgery photos now, even I’m surprised; People around me have told me so many times that my side profile is pretty. For quite a while after the surgery, I seriously thought I had become some kind of celebrity. I’ve come back to my senses now lololol I’m satisfied because it doesn’t look too artificial and seems to suit my face shape and features. Doesn’t it look much better after surgery to you too? lol
