The first photo is about 1 month and 10 days after surgery (about 40 days) The second photo is my current appearance 3 months after surgery. I had a 4 mm silicone implant for the nasal bridge and septal cartilage was used for the nasal tip. In the photos, it does seem like it looks fairly high, but unless I take photos from far away or take close-up shots, my nose looks so small that I can't tell whether I had surgery or not. Personally, I wished it were just 2 mm higher, so after much deliberation I went to the clinic, and the director said 6 mm would be too high and dangerous and told me to think it over again.. Right now, I honestly feel like calling next week and asking them to set a surgery date. Maybe because having a small nose has been such a huge complex throughout my life, I keep getting greedy. Even after surgery, because I'm dissatisfied that my nose still feels low, I'm stressed every day and keep worrying about it. Are there any men, or anyone around you, who have tried 6 mm? What do you all think?
