Nose depression after rhinoplasty ;;

My nose was not originally hump-nosed, and the bridge was low, so I had surgery a month ago. They raised the bridge over two-thirds of my nose with silicone, and used ear cartilage for the nasal tip, but the area where it slopes down from the silicone to the cartilage has sunk in a bit. I had heard that the nasal tip can sink, but;; the middle area;; It looks like my nose protrudes very slightly like a hump, so I went to the clinic and asked. They said it is not that the silicone is protruding, and that silicone can only be straight, and that the area going down toward the cartilage is depressed. They said I could just leave it as is. But it really bothers me Is there anyone who has symptoms like this? And between a straight nose and a slightly upturned, ski-slope nose, which is better?
