Septal cartilage/silicone/paranasal augmentation/philtrum, 2 and a half months.

It’s been about 2 months and 20 days. Only now does it feel like my own nose. Starting this month, I’m doing yoga too. Until last month, even doing yoga scared me because it felt like my nose was pulling to one side, but now it’s okay. I guess I’ll have to wait until 3 months have passed before sleeping on my side. For now, when I lie on my side, I still feel it pulling slightly. I think the prettiest time was around 1 and a half months. During the surgery period I lost a lot of weight too (because I couldn’t eat properly), and because of a little swelling my face looked firm, so everyone who saw me said I had become prettier. Since I had surgery, I also changed my hairstyle. No one noticed I had surgery, and they just kept saying my face looked better. Now I’m gradually gaining weight again.. and most of the swelling has gone down, so no one says I got prettier anymore. I met a classmate after a long time, and even when I openly asked, “Didn’t I get prettier?” they didn’t know. Ha......... Roughly, swelling seems to last about 3 months. The distress of having had plastic surgery and fear of inflammation have now decreased a lot. For the first month, it was so hard I wondered if I might get depression, but I guess time is medicine. (Starting with why I used septal cartilage, I regretted everything.) But I’m still struggling because I have my own unresolved concerns. My nostrils not closing / looking awkward when I smile / uneven nostrils. Other than looking awkward when I smile, people don’t know the other things unless I tell them. Only close friends and my husband notice the awkward smile. But it’s a bit hard. When I used to smile broadly, all my upper teeth showed, but after the philtrum/paranasal augmentation surgery, my upper lip doesn’t lift, so my upper teeth are slightly (really slightly) covered, making my broad smile look very awkward. But to remove it because of this.. I’m scared of what would happen after removal.. I guess I have to somehow endure it for 6 months, right? Sometimes I wonder why I had surgery that no one can even recognize.. and things like that. (Even my mom doesn’t notice. She just says my eyes look hollow and tells me to take herbal tonic.) More than anything, it was also very hard that there was no one around me who had plastic surgery, so I had no one to talk openly with. No one to give advice, no one to complain to. Ah.. though I say no one notices, I suppose my impression did improve. Even if my eyes look a little hollow. I did cold compresses for 3 days, and I did warm compresses on and off. I ordered pumpkin juice and drank it really diligently. Still, the cheek swelling lasted a month, and the small residual swelling seems to have lasted two months.
