Has anyone had lower eyelid fat repositioning at ㅇㄹ, ㅇㅇㄹㅅ, or ㄷㅌㅂ? Please share reviews...

I feel like I’ve been doing nothing but worrying about clinics all year. Maybe it’s because I’m so indecisive. I was originally going to do it at ㅎㅁ, but I canceled and I’m looking into clinics again. Has anyone had it done at any of the three places above? In my case, it’s not so much that I have a lot of fat, but more that my tear trough hollows under the eyes are severe, so when I go around to clinics, the opinions are split about 50:50 between “do fat grafting” and “don’t do it.” But when I look at lower eyelid fat repositioning reviews, I’ve seen quite a few posts saying that if you only do lower eyelid fat repositioning, wrinkles appear and the area becomes flat and sunken, so there’s no effect. Since I’m doing it anyway, I want to resolve it in one go..ㅠㅠㅠ Doctors who advise against fat grafting say they don’t recommend it because there are many side effects, but if lower eyelid fat repositioning makes the under-eye area look sunken, isn’t that a side effect in its own way too? So I’m looking for opinions from people who have had it done.. For now, I’ve been to ㅅㅍㄹㅅ, ㅎㅁ, ㅇㄹ, ㅇㅇㄹㅅ, ㄸㅋ, and ㅇㅂㅈ. ㅅㅍㄹㅅ openly felt like a factory clinic and pushed this and that, so I passed. ㅇㄹ honestly did feel kind of like a factory clinic, but the process was smooth and neither the doctor nor the consultant was bad. But they spoke with too much 100% certainty that fat grafting has no side effects, and that bothers me a bit.. that’s obviously not true. At ㅇㅇㄹㅅ, the doctor’s consultation wasn’t long, but they charged a consultation fee and explained the surgical method in the most specific detail. Completely opposite from ㅎㅁ. I canceled ㅎㅁ because the vibe was just “trust only me and follow my lead”.. ㄸㅋ was also too cheap, and the advertising discount seemed big too, so I just didn’t feel drawn to it. ㅇㅇㄹㅅ has no review photos. They said everyone comes through word of mouth, and since they don’t advertise, they don’t have photos.. So I only saw a few, but one photo didn’t show as much effect as I expected, so I’m torn. ㅇㅂㅈ had a decent consultation, but after using up all my points to look at reviews, it seemed like a factory-style place where everyone is lying down and getting surgery together. I didn’t know during the consultation, but I saw that the surgical waiting area and going into the operating room are a bit concerning ㅠㅠ I wonder if I’ll be able to decide within this year. Is fat grafting really not recommended for sunken eyes?
