A straight body type tried arm and abdominal liposuction

The director had a clear surgical direction that he wanted, and saying that he could remove everything somehow and that it would be dramatic really shook me, but even the lower arm below the upper arm, which I hadn’t thought of, was added, and the cost was about 3 million won over what I had known at first... so I was really torn. Then I went to the next clinic, ㅊㅇㅅㄹㅇ. To be honest, at first I was planning to do it at ㅂㅂㄹㅇ, so I went to the consultation without expectations. But after the consultation with the director, I immediately thought, “Ah, if I lie down here, I’ll be safe” lol First, he checked each muscle one by one (I have more and bigger muscles than the average woman, my arms do), realistically showed me how far my body line could come out, checked the fat thickness with ultrasound and confirmed whether it would go well or not. For the abdomen, it was a revision surgery area, so while palpating it, he said things like where to remove from and where to put it in like this, etc. The consultation alone took 1 hour. When I asked, “Should I do the lower arms too?” he said, “Do you really need to? Don’t do it,” and instead, while touching my trapezius, he said this wasn’t muscle but fat, so we should do here, and for accessory breasts, he said there was no need to do them, so I was like, oh... I like this even more... I felt like if I lay down here, it would go well without an accident. But everyone who has had plastic surgery knows. The signal from the place where I’m supposed to lie down. That place was here. I couldn’t do arms and abdomen at the same time (because it’s dangerous), so I did them 10 days apart. First of all, I like that the director only does 2 surgeries a day. And the recovery room is almost hotel-level; guardians can wait comfortably too. For arm liposuction, they give an ankle injection, and it doesn’t hurt. My surgery was at 1:30, and including recovery, I came out around 8. And even after getting home, I was dazed and just slept until 2 a.m. First, the arms feel extremely tight, stiff, and sore. For me, until day 3, I couldn’t even wash my face, and I didn’t even think about showering. I went to a hair salon to get my hair washed. From day 4, it became livable, but still not to the point where I could wash my face. On day 10 now, I can’t fully raise my arms straight up yet, but they do go up, and I can shower by myself. And the circumference went from 33.5 cm > 28 cm. I freaking love it. But more than the circumference, my shoulders look freaking pretty, so I’m crying. And today I had revision abdominal surgery. First, in the recovery room, my head hurt so much (sorry, my body) that I even added plasma treatment. The nurses were such angels. They really cared for me super, super well lol And now I’m home haha. Everyone, please leave more than 2 weeks between sleep anesthesia sessions. I only did this because I’m really impatient. And today, I truly don’t feel like any of my money was wasted. All the money I spent on PT, diets, herbal diet medicine, Western medicine, massages, all kinds of management, none of it was necessary. This was it. Even after arm liposuction, dieting goes better too. Every time I want to eat something, I tell myself, “Are you even human, wanting to eat that kind of food after spending all that money on this body?” My mindset changed.
