Nose consultation visits

I went around to three places for consultations, and I think all three were okay! I’m writing this as I remember it, so it may be a bit all over the place. Hospital A I had the consultation and CT scan right away with no wait, and both the consultant and director were kind. I was recommended custom-made silicone and autologous costal cartilage (autologous costal cartilage and donor rib cartilage were the same price). For the refined-natural style, they drew on printed front and side photos and checked my nose carefully. They said the surgery would be done under sedation and local anesthesia, and I was told I could view the CCTV if I paid 50,000 won. During the consultation, I asked if recording was allowed, and here it was. I felt they were thorough. I think I consulted with the consultant for about 10 minutes at first, then with the director for about 40 minutes, then again with the consultant for about 10 minutes? So the consultation alone was about an hour. I brought quite a long list of questions, and they answered everything kindly. There was no consultation fee, and there was no pressure at all to pay a deposit. Rather, they told me to visit other hospitals, discuss it sufficiently with my parents, and then contact them. Oh, and the AS period is 3 years. After surgery, I would visit about 4 times, with no additional cost, and they explained the aftercare schedule? I liked it. Hospital B Personally, I liked this place the most. Both the director and consultant were kind, but the price range was pretty high. A and C were similar, but B was high enough to be surprising. I’ve never had filler or anything like that, and this would be my first surgery, so if the price had been okay, I think I would have done it here right away, but I think I need to think about it more. Here too, I had the CT and X-ray right away with no wait. On the X-ray, my costal cartilage was thinner than other people’s, so they recommended donor rib cartilage rather than autologous costal cartilage. But here, donor rib cartilage was more expensive.. There was a 600,000 won difference between donor rib cartilage and autologous costal cartilage. Also, they said that if I decide to have surgery, I’d need to go to an internal medicine clinic and get various things done. That cost is about 300,000 won, but they said if I go to the internal medicine clinic connected to? Hospital B, Hospital B would cover the test costs. This place also does a refined-natural style, and since they adjusted the photos with Photoshop, it was much easier to compare before and after. The director here was the most thorough. They touched various parts of my nose, looked in the mirror while explaining what should be done where and what needs to be inserted for this area to go up, and touched with a cotton swab while explaining which area each part was. They were really kind. Here too, I think the consultation with the consultant and director together was over an hour. Maybe about 20 minutes with the consultant and 45 minutes with the director? Oh, and this place had no limit on the AS period. The surgery is under monitored anesthesia! And for aftercare, they said I need to come at least 4 times, and here they told me to keep coming consistently until the 3-month mark. Also, besides seeing the director, aftercare is unlimited, so they said the more I come, the better. Recording was only allowed during the director’s consultation. For CCTV, they said to tell them in advance! Since it has to be recorded separately, they said they can provide it if requested in advance. Here, the consultant did apply a little? pressure about the deposit, but that was also because I said I wanted to schedule surgery as soon as possible, so they told me Wednesday or Thursday next week was possible. But they said the slots could all fill up, and since the consultant is on vacation tomorrow, they could only reply on Monday, but by then the slots could all be filled, so they asked me to reply today if possible. They said if I contacted them today, they would give me, as a service on the day of surgery, an injection used for facial contouring? They said it’s not originally something you get when doing the nose. There was also a separate injection for nose swelling. Oh, and if I’m thinking of getting additional procedures later, they also recommended what to get. Absolutely no pressure x They told me that after doing my nose, if I’m thinking about fat grafting, I should do it in the front cheek area. They said my forehead and chin are on the developed? side, but my nose is low, so if I do my nose and get fat grafting in the front cheeks, it would look more harmonious and pretty. Hospital C This one was the least good out of the three.. It wasn’t bad, but the hospitals I went to before were so thorough that I kept comparing them. The consultant was very kind, but the director was a bit.. I asked questions from the list I brought, but they told me to ask the consultant, and on the CT they just drew simple lines? I consulted with the director for about 10 minutes and with the consultant for about 20 minutes. Here, they recommended ear cartilage and custom-made silicone, and I don’t think there was any particular pressure to pay a deposit. When I said I’d discuss it with my parents, they only asked around when I could contact them. The AS period is 1 year, and they said there would be additional costs after that. Here too, like Hospital A, it’s sedation with local anesthesia. And they said they’d give Botox to the nasolabial angle as a service. But compared with the consultation, I liked the before-and-after photos. They looked naturally pretty.
