I went to 8 consultations, and most of the directors told me in a way that double-chin liposuction + muscle tying was essential. Depending on the clinic, most also recommended adding salivary gland reduction or Botox. But salivary gland Botox didn’t work for me ㅠ Even if it cost more, I thought salivary gland reduction would have a more definite effect and last better, so I got double-chin lipo+muscle tying and bullfrog-neck surgery. The director checked each area with ultrasound, looked at the thickness of the fat layer, and explained each stage. In my case, because of my salivary glands, I had stage 2. Right after surgery, I didn’t have major pain, but there was a tight pulling feeling. For two days after surgery, blood and fluid came out from the incision sites, so I wiped it off. I was still able to go to work right the day after surgery without much trouble, and they said it was the solution used to dissolve the fat during surgery, so it could come out until day 3 too. tsk The bruising started on the side where the incision was made, then gradually spread around that area, and after stitch removal on day 7, it got a lot better. There was swelling, but I could see right away that the double chin had clearly gone down, so it looked more naturally swollen than I expected, and after removing the stitches I could really feel it going down better. Sleeping and eating were less uncomfortable than I thought and were okay. If anything, having to wear the compression band for a long time was a bit uncomfortable ㅜㅠ But they said if you take good care during recovery, you won’t get much lumpiness and it will settle well, so for 3 days I wore it properly except when washing ㅎㅎ Even though they used tiny incisions and a micro-cannula, an incision is still an incision, so I thought scars might remain. I received all the aftercare, applied ointment carefully, and managed it well. Now everything has healed and the scars aren’t visible. Can you work while wearing the compression band? If so, you can go to work the next day. If not, I recommend having surgery the day before a day off! No smoking and no drinking for one month! Double-chin surgery really does have a very good effect. The jawline becomes clearer, the face looks slimmer, and it looks smaller. When I take photos, my facial features also seem to look a little clearer? lol Maybe that’s just my imagination~~ It’s been two months since surgery, and now I have no lumpiness and skin sensation has completely returned. Recovery differs from person to person, so I think it’s best to use this just as a reference~! And if you’re going to get liposuction or muscle tying, I really recommend getting CT or ultrasound checked!! The consultation content was more detailed, and I felt like my level of understanding changed too lol Like 2 Sympathy emoticon Translating Would you like to save this review? +2 This review is a surgery review pursuing natural beauty.
