It’s already been 2 years since I had my rhinoplasty ㅠㅠ I raised the bridge with 4 mm of silicone and placed ear cartilage on the tip.. My nose wasn’t ugly or especially low, but my glabella was wide and I had a protruding mouth, so I rushed into nose surgery thinking I could get two benefits at once... But because the doctor raised the bridge too much, the implant was visible and gave an artificial impression.. I spent 2 years debating revision surgery and now I feel like I should just do it quickly because it’s so stressful ㅠㅠ I heard silicone is relatively easy to remove, but I’m worried about the cartilage that may have adhered over those 2 years.. If possible, I want both the silicone and the cartilage removed, and I’m planning to have the surgery at the same hospital where I had it done the first time. I don’t want to, but I think it’s better to have the person who touched my nose do it again... sigh. I’m so worried that I won’t return to my original nose shape. When people usually remove cartilage and silicone, do they use a splint? Or just tape? Do you have to come back after the surgery? I’m a working adult, so it’s really hard to make time ㅠㅠ
